You look really gorgeous! and this reminds me my old good times, when I used to take my camera everywhere, and take great shots! ....OH MY!! indeed! All your pics reminds me of those days!! Although well, my photos never weren so great as yours ...But you remind me of when I was a fervent amateur photographer <3 *sigh*....Oh my! I sincerely wish you never stop taking photos and someday you can become a professional nature photographer! Awww! I'm sure you will not stop taking photos!! And I'm so glad for that!!! It's just I had a flashback when I wrote that comment...Suddenly I remembered when I was younger and my father told me "photography is a rather thankless job, people rarely succeeds in that and if they don't, it's a waste of time, better get something more practic"...and my mother did not like I wanted to be a photographer, she said that was not a job actually...So I wanted to say this because I'm always too excited with your work and I want you to keep going with it!!! ...and while writing a strong feeling brought tears to my eyes...but tears of JOY! cos I'm full of glee to know my comments encourage you!!! I wanted to do that since the first time I found your gallery, I wanted to encourage you cos you so deserved it! and because nobody did that for me! And lso cos I feel a conection with you, I feel you're like me, seriously....Oh my! I was too excited when I wrote that!

It was a comment I made when I said congrats for your newest pics, and you said you were glad I liked them, but don't worry, I imagine you have tons of messages to read and the comment would have been lost in your profile anyway ...Oh man! the last part also brought a tears to my eyes, produced by a strong and sincere feeling....and you know, I usually don't cry! I .....oh, now I remember, luckily I still have the message because I wrote it in "Word" to check a few words and I forgot to delete it. There he is, well, down there

Haha yeah! I know the feeling mate!! …yeah I know what you mean ...sometimes it feels like a powerful and overwhelming urge that you just can’t resist!!! Oh my god! I shudder with excitement just thinking about it! <3
I think it’s great you weren’t forced to do something you didn’t like or that it was not your style ...You know, my parents pushed me a lot to abandon photography, always were criticizing me and made fun of my passion for taking photos...they forced me to do things I didn't wanted…my father pressed me to study a career I didn't wanted. He wanted me to study accounting, and well, I was a teen and I could not leave my house and study what I wanted cos I had no other place to go and no money even to drop dead …I had accept, and now I study that …
So yeah, I did not left photography voluntarily. I left it after much pressure (it happened the same thing with my art, but some friends of mine were here to support me, I think that’s why I still draw)just like some birds who intimidate other birds and force them to throw their fish…but well I don’t blame them, their fathers weren’t very gentle to them too. I hope your family and people that live with you see your potential and support you to become a professional photographer! If I actually had money I would give it to support you…but I don’t, actually my father is helping me to pay my career .
Maybe it’s a bit hasty to say that, maybe improbable…but, as I told you in your poll, Yes you do!!! you have a very good part of me, you’re very much like me mate! I’ve seen it! when I read your comments, you like many of the same things like me, and you said some things I would said too, and when I read your journals about you traveling and taking photos, the same things that catch your attention (like snowflakes, or sunsets and sunrises, or the little cute animals like jumper spiders for example ) are the same things I would love!! And when I read your artist comments or your journals about trips to some places where you did your photo shooting sessions and how much you enjoyed them and how MUCH FUN they were, I can feel your passion and enthusiasm for photography!! and your cheerful and adventurous spirit!! And that makes me shudder with excitement, cos you remind me of myself when I was a younger! <3 And that IS great!!! : because you know, it’s very rare you can find someone who actually can be like you, at least a bit ( the only one person I know it was a lot like me before, was my Mentor…but he passed away…) so I’m so glad to have friend that it’s like me in some way That’s why you are my idol!! Because you’re like me, but better! and I have to thank you so much, because you light the flame of my passion for photography since I met you! when I see your pics and your comments about how much you enjoyed taking them, I feel that flame burning inside me again!!! and from the depths of my heart, I thank you! ...Now I think can save to buy a good camera...how much was your Canon?...Well, anyway, You're so right pal! it's never so late! And I shouldn’t be here just missing the old times! I SO gotta do it now, to come back to take photos!! ...at least like a hobby like my art! I hope to be able to buy a good camera soon, or when I get a better job, and if I do you probably will see my pics here too, and you can tell me what you think thanks a lot again for giving me your support and friendship!

My parents don't really care. I've had a haircut since then, but it's grown back. Probably gonna get another one soon.

At some point, I realised that having long hair meant being hassled more by the cops.
So I kept it short...figured it was wise, considering the dope I always carried.
Also discovered that a guy with a GIRL is LESS likely to be hassled than a guy alone.
Met my ex one night, as I was running home, away from police, asked her if SHE would walk ME home, and if I could hold her hand.
Cops went by, and I made it home safe.
All that criminality is behind me now, thankfully.
