Dean Winchester is one of the two brothers protagonists of the television series Supernatural, starring Jensen Ackles.Ok, I confess, I am also a fan of Supernatural from the first episode. Maybe I'm following a bit 'too many television series

Well i love the fact that is look very Clean on the areas, but i think its gonna be more like photoshop/sketch..if you do this by sketch/photoshop i belive ya,but even me doing portraits could done the way "you" did but i respect the artist work but i look at it and its too fake for me,its no that im better than you or your better than me,but i kinda not believing in this art.like i said its too sketch/prhotoshop..if you look artigerm art,i belive it but u need more practice,my friend and by practice i mean getting hungry bro

Vision & Originality

First of all, the pose selected is excellent. There is some motion to the way his head is positioned, as if it is turning towards you. Wonderful choice.
The lighting of this portrait is interesting. Between the highlights on the left side of the face and the shadow on the right cheekbone, there's some good contrast created on the face.
The background looks good, and the darkening on the top corners creates a nice atmosphere yet isn't exaggerated. However, I would have liked to see a little more movement in the background. It works on the right (behind the back of his head), but I think that it should be a little darker as it moves towards the bottom-left corner. More shadowing on the left would give this rather bland background a lot of depth.
Technique

Your execution is largely perfect. There are just a few things I'd like to call to your attention:
-His eyes look a little plasticy. It could have to do with the way the highlights are blended; I'm not sure.
-On the bottom of his leather jacket, where it is bordering the background, there is a white, glowing outline.
-There's a significant glow on the bottom of his chin. Also there's something going on with his neck right below it.
-Towards the top of his head, the hair is just black. No strands visible. This could be the way the reference is, however.

Overall this is a phenomenal work. Your technique never disappoints, and the reference works very well. Great job Franco.

Amazing drawing!
I love your blending and contrasts. The jacket looks like leather, the folds and creases are very detailed.
The lines on his face are also very well done - I find this very hard to achieve without making them look way older than they are, well done!
The light and wetness is his eyes are also very well done, along with the light hiting the side of his face, gives the portrait so much life.
The background contrasts so well with his dark jacket. The portrait pops out at you. I'm drawn straight to his eyes.
Overall an awesome drawing - very jealous!

the vision, because of how smooth the blending of the medium is as well as the light that hits his face and gives more depth.
Yes this is a drawing of Jensen and a lot of people draw him, myself included - but this side profile of his face can be hard to draw.

There's no not liking it - I said it is a hard angle to draw because of his features as I have done it before. I love this drawing! To be able to get that profile right is amazing.

The hair doesn't look very textured or blended in the darker parts and the direction of the shading on his face doesn't flow the same.

I think overall the piece is amazing visually I believe in this piece you have been able to recreate textures of both the skin and the leather jacket very well to create a very realistic/photorealistic look something I felt could have had more detail would be the ear maybe I felt in comparison other facial features it did not have the same amount of detail I also that the hair did have a lot of good features especially the area in which the light hits the left side of the face I felt recording of light through this pencil piece is amazing.

Man, that's just incredible! I've been doing portraits for a year (after putting my pencil down for a guitar when I was 15) and if in ten years I can do something as good as your work I'll be more than happy

you couldnt done this in 40 hours..i done over 200 sketches in years and i done it way a lot than 40 hours,my friend but like the critique i told you about its Too Sketch/Photoshop...if you look in the photo,you see a lot of areas that it doesnt look like a portraits..for example i done my sketches since 10 years older and i keep my practice better for myself,but i have done sketch portraits and for me doing this its a lot real...go to my instagram/realneolopez and watch real sketch from my hand..peace,bro
