he does not look as spidery as i wanted but whatever >.>
it's just a random ass idea i had and it was just a lot of fun to draw XD
don't ask me where the idea came from, it was just as random as it gets XD
soooo i guess this is Skulltula Kid Iku XD
im seriously considering getting this vesrion of Fireboy into FoH but im still not sure if i shall go with this crazy wierd idea or just stick to the original :/

Well... Why not I guess? I mean he already had a removable head so why not a third eye and 6 arms lol?
Seriously though he looks pretty cool like this! He doesn't change that much from the usual but it could be a nice start for a potential Skull Kid/skulltula hybrid. I did notice however that he didn't wear his eye patch, any reason for that or you just didn't want to draw it this time?
Other than that no much to add, I mean... Well it's Iku, he is as great (but does not appear as bastarish... I mean he is pretty calm in this one) and small as ever

honestly i kinda like this design also (like i said before, i have a soft spot for monster-like designs, especially with multiple eyes and limbs) and im seriously considering the hybrid version to end up in FoH, especially now that i recieved a green light from Smiley and Guardian for that hybrid
buuuuuut im still debating with myself if i really want to change his design and story so drastically :/ i can't make decisions...
oh yeah i did not draw his eyepatch but it's just for the purpose of drawing all of his eyes just to show which one are missing...just a ref for the future i guess -3-

Awww come on, Iku wasn't that much of an abomination before... Now he is! Imagine with all those arms! One holding the fire rod, one other some bomb, and the rest can hold any kind of thing he stole! So much destruction on one person lol.
Yeah I remember you told me about it ^^. Well he sure has a great design, so I wouldn't mind him coming like this ^^. Maybe work him just a little more to make him even more spider like? I mean for now the spider part is kind of weak so I think a little more work wouldn't be a bad thing. As for the story I will let you work on it, but I can understand it's kind of weird for a character you worked on for so long.
Yeah that's what I guess. Well it's a good thing, I mean even I discovered quite recently (When I draw him for the christmas picture I think) why he was wearing it.

yeah this character design can be a lof of fun both when drawing and in RPs but still i feel really attatched to the original version of Iku and im still not sure if i want to change it...especially with him having an established story and all -3-
so yeah i need to think about which version will be the best...for now im gonna work on Willow getting his second class and then i can start worrying about the hybrid despute -3- i have some time to think and work on that design in case i end up using it...
yeah i rarely draw him without it so it's no surprise that most people are unaware that it's hiding an empty eyesocket uderneath -3-

Well you could try to just make a new Skull Kid hybrided with a Skulltula and add it to FoH, maybe there is no need to use Iku, especially if that means changing an already established background. I don't really know to be honest, since I don't know what you have planned, but I can understand your frustration.
But yeah, for now, continu to focus on leveling up your Deku baby ^^! I think I saw him and Tamara were leveling really fast! Way faster than Sora (lucky fast drawing ya lol). But you still have some times to think about it!
Trust, I just though it was for the style like... Pirate one, or something like that. Poor thing, must have hurt ^^'.

teah i thought about it but honesly im not much into making a whole new character just for FoH...i mean yeah i did that with Tama and it didn't really turn out bad but, well i just don't really want to do it again, especially with me having anough Ocs already, especially when there are still other contenders for that character slot other than Iku :/ plus the hybrid idea was for Iku to begin with, i came up with it mostly because i'm not much fond of some Skull Kid skills...but yeah the bottom line is i can't make decissions >.>
oh yeah they are! i did not think i would get them to that level so fast o3o all that quest art really does wonders for their levels -3- (i mean it that is propably the biggest contributor to their levels, my both quest pictures gave me such a exp shot, wow!) but still Will haa about 15 more leevels to jump up before i can start thinking who do i get in last
oh yeah you're not the only one to think so -3- i know some people got confused because i drew him with the right eye open on this pic (franken-fish.deviantart.com/ar… ) (this was more-less an RP illustration, in one of my RPs i did with him he got willingly possesed by Majora and he got him his eye back but also used him as a puppet) but the matter of fact is his right eye is supposed to be missing, since that's pretty much a majour factor in his death o3o

Yeah, I can imagine that when you already have so much OCs, you don't really want to do more. Well considering this I thank you even more for creating Tamara! In any case, if you already worked on it for Iku, you should continu with it while thinking about it : FoH is another timeline from the real Zelda one, which means there can be multiple versions of Iku, the Skull Kid one and the hybrid one. The last will only live in FoH, see what I mean? Making a Skulltula or whatever you planned version of him don't prevent you from going back on his skull kid one if you wish too ^^. However, now I'm getting excited and I need to try to draw a picture of our crack RP lol.
You don't know how much I was surprised when I saw that Tamara was already at a higher level than Sora lol! I mean she joined way after him and yet she is already higher! I'm not surprised though, you make more picture, faster and bigger, which means more XP and money, and yeah the Quest art are a big thing! But that's great! That means you can soon enough go on the big deal ^^.
Skull Kids and Majora... Such a big beautiful love story isn't it ^^'? Oh and talking about him I saw that art trade with that guy drawing Majora for ya and... Let's say suddenly the one I made and which made me so proud suddenly sounded like so... Basic lol. But yeah I disgress. I read Iku's backstory a few weeks ago and indeed, that's when I discovered what happened to him and how he lost his eye... Poor thing, almost makes me want to cuddles.
And yeah that picture... The one in which we made that crack RP... So much random nostalgia on it lol!

well it would not bother me if i acutally have an interesting idea for the character (that's what happen with Tama, i told you before i wanted to create Gerudo pirate character for a while before you came out with the idea so i just took the opportunity and went with the flow ^3^) buuut i don't really have one sooo that's the deal here :/
and yeah im totally aware of that. i mean i used both Willow and Iku in a different RP with some changes to their stories and character so this idea is no alien to me...still, Iku is a character with an established story that ties to a lot of his traits (like his missing eye, his hatered for hylians, pyromania, the fact that he hates everyone and so one and so forth) so changing a lot of it would mean a lot of work for me and i think im way too lazy to go with this >.>
well dosen,t really matter rn, i still have a lot of time to think about this and make a decission on which character should i go for my third slot or even how to write that version of them (like i said, Iku isn't the only one im considering...lately im a lot into getting Leona a shot as well, especially with her Imp form which i fell in love with <3 plus that Monk class is pretty tempting -3-) especially when i wrote a bunch of stiff for Iku's card and just lost it all X'D my computer plays a lot of cruel pranks on me lately T.T
haha yeah Tama got like, a giant Exp boost from the quest 14 art since i used the double up there for her and she jumped up like 10 levels! if not for that it would take a longer while for her to get to that level XD this is all the motivation i need to go through another 3-4 night quest art drawing marathon XD
Majora is such a pedo omg i swear to the Giants oh yeah that guy drew an amazing piece *A* can you imagine that guy was too shy to do a trade with me because he thought it wouldn't be fair because in his mind i draw much better than him? shees man, the self esteem is killing me ;3; and don't feel bad about it! i myself feel pretty bad about my part seeing the amazing drawing i got from him ;3; i feel like im the one who's "not worthy"
yeah i actually never shared the story before the whole character tag thigny (because im too lazy to translate it from polish >.>) so i know people can get confused with that...nah i would not reccommand any hugs...it can end pretty badly XD with a lot of burns

Oh yeah I remember that! To be fair, I'm kind of proud that I wasn't shy enough on the moment to talk to you about this idea since it did lead on creating the more stalkerish Gerudo of all! And that was totally worth it! But yeah if you don't have much ideas now... No need to force it!
I can totally imagine how frustrating it must be... I mean, I couldn't imagine myself doing it for Sora or Lareth, except if it's like a totally different version of them, like the modern one or something like that. Well like you said you still have a lot of time left before doing this stuff so yeah, just take your time to think about it and see whatever you want to do with them okay? You will find your answer when the time will be good ^^.
I need that monk class too! I mean, if it's the same kind of monk class that in most RPG, then it would be totally fitting for Lareth too! Taking care of stuff with her own fists, and always trying to get better! To be fair, the calm and peaceful way of life would not be really on her but it can be kind of funny to explore ^^! Anyway, I would sure love to see Leona coming too! I mean I'm excited because Sora already met Iku, and I would love to see the two meeting each other again, but Leona would be so nice too.... Arg! It's so complicated!

haha yeah! im gonna say im thankful for that opportunity as well! because i had a chance to create a character type i haven't used in an Rp for a while(im not sure if i ever had a character who was a stalker before) and i have a lot of fun with Tamara ^^ so yeah thanks for the oppirtunity pal

yeah you see? i have such a hard time choosing which one i would like to get in ;3; both Leona and Iku could have interesting interactions with others and are both fun to play as...i have such bad time making decisions ;3; (well good thing that im down to two characters, because i had, like maybe 3 more in mind? but found enough reasons to give them up) well im propably gonna get both of them eventually but hell im having a bad time deciding who to go with first ;3;

Well everything is perfect for everyone then! I got Sora the worst kind of girlfriend possible considering his wish for freedom, and you had the chance to develop this kind of character! So let's continu to have fun with our characters! And thanks to you too Franken-senpai!

Well in the end they may indeed join both. It would be in a long time though. If I had to choose, I would tell you to bring Iku before, but it's only based on the fact Sora already knows him to be fair (and because I want to see more Skulltula, even if it's only hybrid). But yeah it's still hard because I'm sure I would love to interact with the both of them.
That's always the problem with this kind of system ^^'. It's even worst with Diane who would be supposed to be the stronger of all, but because of her low level isn't. But indeed, now Tama is strong enough to protect the fish! And the fishies (can't wait for her to met Llyr and Sugala lol). Anyway, now he is safe, he can be freed from the wattle bottle lol.
