Very nice, but I have the same problem with this as the original AeroVG Se7en visual style. It affects the search bar in the start menu (strange color glitches), here's a screenshot: bayimg.com/pAaAHAaff

Can you add blue-glass hover effect over drop-down menus? Like, when you right click on desktop, you get that drop down menu (with Personalize, Gadgets etc) - when you hover over those menu entries, now it is to light color.
If you add that, this would be great theme
