Bio:
Luck be a Lady tonight! That's what most gamblers pray for when they begin a game. Fortunately, she is. The spirit of Luck, she can give or take from anyone she chooses.
Due to the desperation of gamblers, they usually put massive faith in Luck and so in casinos she can be seen by mostly everyone. A reason why her home is found in Las Vegas, a large underground casino resort where other spirits and such come to meet and play friendly games of chance.
She herself is a big fan of gambling of all sorts; Cards, Racing, Bets, anything that includes gambling she loves.
Its known that she is in friendly association with Mr. Good Luck, but to what extent is unknown

Yeah, Lady Luck's more neutral, but can swing either way with luck in gambling, giving players good or bad luck since someone has to lose in games like that. As for simple bad luck, I haven't thought about that . U . have any ideas?

Hmm well whoever represents Misfortune would probably have a darker appearance. Maybe a shady, shitbag look with a double-breasted black suit, a cigar hanging in the side of their mouth and a pair of loaded dice he/she plays with and this gaze that can make you know at first sight this person is NOT to be trusted. Lose too much, and he/she will of course be there to "collect"-with some finely polished brass knuckles, plated with gold or platinum, maybe even encrusted or studded for diamonds for extra style and pain.
It's a classy look for Vegas, what can anyone else really say? c;
