Well, it's not really too cold here I just heard this phrase recently and got this idea.Don't know why I drew my OC so young in this one, I'll put it to middle-age crisis

When it drops below zero for the first time in late autumn, it always feels like the coldest day ever. But the worst part is when you know it will only get worse

Worse? Nah, cold is better than hot. You can easily fight it by wearing more clothes but it gets difficult with hot weather

Pretty much depends on a person, I guess. My only trouble with hot weather is if I would like to draw something on paper, since sweat can warp the paper and smudge the ink.
