Fictional variant of tank created by me for my fictional story ROBOTWARs.

The M1 Ibrahim are a collection of tanks being used in the Islamic. State military after their return on October 12th 2018. At the beginning of their return, they had purchased M1 Abrams tanks via back channels from the GBM, a total of 330.
Ibrahim was not the only tank within IS army forces but it is the most unique due to it's upgraded features not seen outside of the would be caliphate.

There are three main versions of these tanks:

U.S version (USV) : about 120 of the tanks of their original purchases from the GBM were American tanks, through one means or the other the GBM gathered Army and Marine tanks from both frontline and home guard units, some were even snatched out from Lima army tank plan right after they were refitted.
These tanks are the highest quality M1 tanks that the Islamic State possess and worse they even have a stockpile of M829 ADFSDF, M908 HE-OR-T and M1028 Canister rounds, all of which gave the Islamic. an edge with tank-on-tank, urban and anti-personal combat. These tanks were given mostly to spearhead units, those that would punch through the frontlines and usually would keep the insignia of an American Unit as a form of humiliation, telling the Syrians that America was to blame for their predicament.

export and dead-copy (EDC) versions: As the name implies these are tanks that were exported tanks that the GBM got their hands on, mostly those from Iraq and Saudi Arabia, a total of 100 tanks were purchased while around 130 of which were produced in Factory No.617 by Norinco, these being dead copies of the export versions, the factory workers here were secretly Islamic. State workers who would later move into Syria, along with their equipment, creating Raqqah Heavy Industries seemingly over night.

Raqqah. Heavy. Industries (RHI) version: The closest thing to a pure nationalized tank for the caliphate was the M1 Ebrahim RHI, mostly the same with the export and dead-copy versions their works were accustom in producing but with one simple difference, that this version was carrying the 2A82-1M 125mm smoothbore gun, a Russian made gun that armed the T-14 Armata tank.
These tanks have the weakest armor compared to the other versions due to RHI not having the same abilities as the factories they worked on during their undercover work time, however it's new gun compensates for this and as the first production models reached the battle field mid 2019, it still showed strong potential against Syrian forces and as production continues, by May 2020 nearly 50 have been produced.
