Rakuuuuuuuu!You know, I just read a book where the author decided to call her dragons "Raku." It took me a while to get that strait, and it annoyed me most of the way through the book. Decient story too, but for the love of all that is holy, PLEASE choose your names more carefully.
erhem. Right, the ceramic piece. The holes are a function of the glaze, when its thick and on a concave surface it pulls away and leaves yellow spots. (Its so cool) I got a bit more reduction than I wanted, but overall a nice mix of coppers and blues. Hmmmmnnnn... Blue.

^_^ So you remind me of a dream I had, involving mob bosses, and trying to discover which dish made from abaloney was the best. In the end I dreampt that a dish made of aboloney pounded flat and served with lettuce between two slices of bread was best.

Most people I've see tend to obsess about the copper in Raku. Then again, that might just be the people I've fired with. -_- If you want I'll give you the recipie. I love this glaze myself...
