I understand why the gray pixelation around apears, but i can't understand why there is that gray "shadow" behind him?
And for the background: I could make a better one even with winamp.

Are you saying that the character is made by you?
The character is obviously made in a 3D program.
If this picture is indeed made completely by you, (feel free to correct me if i'm wrong)
you'd think that if you can texture the char so detailed and what not, and make it look quite realistic, why would it be that hard to just simply add a background to it in the 3D program rather than crop the char itself onto the background in photoshop?
i'd say that the char is not made by you.

The knight is very badly integrated into the background. You can see grey pixelation around the edges that really detract from the composition.
Additionally, the high-contrast swirling background makes the whole image hard on the eyes.
