Your work has been used, but not credited, here [link]
This artist has been told by many people that he must credit his stock providers, but he refuses and blocks people who try to help him understand. dA will not doing anything unless the stock providers report him for violating their rules. You are about the 12th person I have notified... Please do not let him continue to go without crediting his stocks.

Reported it there too - not that I'm expecting anything will happen.

Ugh, please don't hate me, but there's one more (at least it's an easy one to remove) on Facebook [link]
They're quick to remove something like this if you report it (under Options).

I tweeted to their support desk and they asked me to send in a ticket. So I explained the whole thing to them, with links to each work in that gallery that I reported here. I am hoping they will see the trend and cut ties with him. I told them that our stock community offers stock free of monetary charge, but require credit and notification in lieu of money. To not credit it tantamount to theft. Let's see if that strikes the right chords with them.

As you say - he is quite talented. Part of the problem with reporting his works may come from the degree of artistic transformation he has applied - it's certainly rude and discourteous not to credit sources, but his work may not be considered infringing copyright if it is sufficiently transformative. While I'm not happy about him failing to credit sources where the sources have requested they be credited, I'd have a bigger issue if he wasn't doing something creative with it (i.e. he is putting in creative effort himself).

US Copyright Law allows for a "Fair Use" defense though, which is where the transformativeness I mentioned comes into play (and there are other factors too):

I believe people should try respect the wishes of others - and I feel it's very lazy and rude of Ahmed to not credit the stocks where the provider has asked that (it would only have taken him a few seconds). However I do support fair use - I feel that society as a whole benefits from it - it does hinge on the degree of transformation and other elements set out in fair use of course.

This is a great photo. I also love taking pictures of animals and especially of pets. They are so fun, spirited, and adorable~! I love the series of pictures.
