Description The 137th Annual Miyako Odori of the maiko and geiko of Gion Kobu.

"Sagano is the area stretching from Yamagoe up to Mount Ogura. It is said that during the Heian period (794-1192) Emperor Saga, who highly respected Chinese culture, named the area after Mount Saga, a picturesque mountain in China. Nishi-Takase River runs through Sagano from east to west, and Arisu River from south to north. The impressive foliage in Sagano has always been the subject in Japanese literature such as the Pillow Book, the Tale of Genji, and the Tale of Heike. On the stage of Miyako Odori, 14 dancers visit the white-walled Tenryu-ji Temple and move through a bamboo-bushed path to Rakushisha, enjoying the scenery of Sagano amidst colored leaves."

I'm pretty sure this is Sayaka...
