Description
I had wanted to draw a semi-realistic Pokemon for quite a while but couldn't decide.After reading the response to my custom Aerodactyl plush I found that people really like Aerodactyl so I figure I'd give it a short.
I'm not 100% satisfied with the body (which I modeled after actual pterosaurs) but I'm super glad with the head of the front Aerodactyl and the pose of the one in the background.

Ooh, I like the detail you put into the body texture here - very cool. I can certainly imagine a real aerodactyl looking something like this!

yeah, I based its head shape after actual pterosaurs rather than the the exagerated crocodilian head it has in the actual Pokemon art .__.
