A long time ago, back when I was.. 13 I think. I made up my own digimon (as well as Pokemon). Anyway I was thinking of doing some robot type practice so I decided I should bring back this old design.So here's the first 3 forms:
Botbotmon- baby- Bubble blow
Pupbotmon- In Training- Iron Tackle
Rivibotmon- Rookie- Lazer Strike/Iron Kick
Now, since I couldn't find the original images I had to rename the In-training and Rookie form. Pupbotmon is short for "Puppy robot monster" and Rivibotmon name is derived from my dad's dog's name "River" and robot monster.
Rivibotmon may be one of my strangest monster designs I've ever made
but oh well!Enjoy!

Wow, I REALLY like this guy! He looks so much like the old Digimon did; all wierd and half-mecha and asymmetrical, with strange anatomy designs (not like the happy clean furry crap that Digimon comes out with these days...).

actually I finished the sketch of its champion stage, its a defensive based digimon and that's all i'm saying for now. Also its Ultimate (I think that's the next stage) I haven't drawn yet but it should remind people of Deoxys' speed form.

That is so cool. I was actually drawing my original digimon last night and was thinking about how although there are heaps of people who draw original pokemon, there aren't many people who draw original digimon these days. O_o
Anyway I think you did a great job with the design, especially for Rivibotmon. The robotic parts are excellently drawn and blend well with the organic parts. Great job with the pose as well.
I also think you did a good job making them a believable digivolution line, with the baby and in-training forms being very basic and round and then the rookie form being quite a major transition into a more animal-like creature. Very cool stuff.

thanks very much. and I agree with you there, tons of fake Pokemon artist but little to none fake digimon ones. Maybe because the digimon fandom is much calmer and smaller than the Pokemon one
