Description Swedish low rank cavalry officer from the 1650's, based on the illustrations of Erik Dahlbergh.

Even though the horse's arse is a bit steep and the man's face got busted in shading,i'm quite happy with it.

While there may be some problems with proportions, one cannot, as always, but admire the line work and the shading. You have the ability to make your drawings look like old prints, and that's especially great for XVII century based stuff!

Yes, i noticed now that i upload it that the proportions were more of than i first thought... But one learns from one's mistakes

Much obliged! That's so fun that you think so  I've been thinking of getting a dip pen, i think that would give it even more 1600's feel to it.

i really dont feel as if the 'proportion mistakes' take quality off the drawing, instead, i feel as if they actually contribute the scenery quite well but thats just me
