It occurs, it might be rather an old reference
It was an ode to an old 8bit computer Game (from the 1980's) called Barbarian (by Palace Software), your average 2D beat-em-up with swords, most notable for the ability to finish the round in a single move if your could chop your opponents head off with the 'flying neck chop' move.
The C64 version had the throned despot with a captive barbarian princess at the foot of his throne, maybe other regions cut this female furniture bit, as I can find few images, I add a second for image balance in this throne close-up.

I didn't even notice any clipping. I always find more problems the longer I look at my work, but as long as it not a major distraction I learn to live with it and try to remember not to make the same next time.
