Nicknames: Dantalian, The Demon With Many Faces, “The Indecisive One”, The Kepper of the Forbidden Library of Bibliotheca

Gender: Male (for most of the faces), Female (one face), they/them/it/he/him

Died: Hasn't died, as he is Hellborn

Species: Demons of Ars Goetia/Many Faced Demon

Likes: Talking, being in the right, debating, holding meetings, libraries, arts and sciences

Dislikes: Being proven wrong, imps, long moments of nothing going on, silence (unless it’s his library)

Headcanon Voice: Jim Meskimen (for most faces), Paula Tiso (lone female head)

Personality: Arrogant, uptight, apathetic, indecisive and With Dantalion it’s very hard to define their personality as they have so many heads with their very own voices and are seemingly contrasting with each other (one funny, one angry, one sad, one clueless) that it can be difficult to pinpoint what exactly Dantalion is, but one trait that stands out about Dantalion most of all is how indecisive and inconsistent they can be. More often than not they will act on their high horse and act all high and mighty; but when it comes down to it they can’t really make up their mind and just agree with the people they are closer to. They also are very stubborn and arrogant, for when they declare the verdict on something (even if the case is still open) they want you to know that what they say is final. Much like older members of the Infernal Council, they are very stuffy and uptight (or at least the main head is) and are known to debate with people a lot---even amongst themselves. Dantalion also claims that their are in fact “Acedia Ring” and “Vainglory Ring”, said claims have yet to be proven.

Powers and Weapons: Elemental Breath: Depending on the head, Dantalion can breath out an elemental power breath. The main head can breathe fire, the female head can spew forth a stream of ice, the clueless head can fire out gusts of wind, the happy head can spew lightning from it’s mouth and the skull head can blast out a shadow beam. They can combine their breathes together to make a “Elemental Beam” and strike their opponents. It is also said that the other four heads have their own elemental breaths, but have yet to show what theirs are.

Magic: Dantalion has some power over magic.
Flight: Dantalion can fly.
Grimoire: Dantalion has a large grimoire (probably the largest one of any Goetia Demon) that they are often seen holding onto. They are often seen reading off of it and it can transport them to Earth, though it always teleports them to Egypt first. They can also fire out energy blasts from it.
High Intellect: Dantalion is very intelligent.
Head Rotation: Dantalion can rotate to any head at will.
Tentacles: Dantalion can summon out tentacles to attack others.
Finger Beams: Dantalion can fire beams from their fingers at their opponents.

Weaknesses: Poor physical combat and low durability, chiefly has to rely on magic to back himself up in combat. Also is known to be very stubborn and prideful, which has been the downfall to him many times.

Bio: Hailing from the Envy Ring, Dantalion is one of the Infernal Council’s more outspoken and highest ranking members, best known for holding and being in charge of meetings within the Infernal Council, acting as their speaker. Prior to joining the Infernal Council, Dantalion was a professor a high-ranking professor at the Malebogilia Academy the Keeper of the Forbidden Library of Bibliothecia, something that he still keeps onto. Despite his high intellect and being well versed in arts and sciences, he is somewhat a divisive figure in the Infernal Council mainly due to his rather indecisive nature. Not helped that he has often leaned on siding with demons like Melchom, Andras, Botis, Bael and Buer. Nonetheless, he is one of the most important members of the Infernal Council and will often be the judge of many affairs.
He also made a deal with the Egyptian queen Cleopatra, something that he likes to bring up a lot though he will not elaborate or give any details as to what the deal was.
