Water Claw: Water Type, Physical, 75 Damage, 90 Acc., 15PP, Normal Range, Direct Attack. 10% chance of confusing the target. High critical hit rate.

Ice Claw: Ice Type, Physical, 75 Damage, 90 Acc., 15 PP, Normal Range, Direct Attack. 10% chance of freezing the target. High critical hit rate

Freeze Wave: Ice Type, Special, 95 Damage, 95 Acc., 15PP, Hits All. 30% chance of freezing the target Has less power in Double Battles.

Ice Pillar: Ice Type, Physical, 95 Damage, 90 Acc., 10PP, Normal Range. 10% chance of freezing the target.

Cold Crush:Ice Type, Physical, 150 Damage, 90 Acc., 5PP, Normal Range, Direct Attack. User cannot act on the fallowing turn

This is the first time I've done Base Stats so, if they seem a little off or, like, impossible... sorry T_T
