Description
The black belt isn't planning anything special...he's leaving himself wide open on purpose. I'm not sure why he does this every year...I think he just wants to mess with our heads by letting us hit him a few times before he lays into us. The purple belt is in a neko ashi dachi, cat foot stance. Which makes sense, the black belt is wide open and the cat foot is a primarily offensive stance. He still needs to turn his belt knot towards his opponent though...he's still being cautious.
