I know, I know. It's a rough snapshot for an upload but that's because this is just on the upper right hand corner of the page..I still have the rest to fill up. I've previously said I was going to do a practice page because for some reason I could never really get his features exactly right so the whole page is going to be nothing but drawings of him and whatnot...Knowing me, it will probably turn into a doodle page or something.
But, here's the first drawing...On to the next!

Well, his features are really hard to get right, but you did a good job! I've drawn him like... 4 or 5 times already, and I don't think I ever got them right so far.
And thank you for uploading this. It's interesting to see the colour scheme on the upper left and then on the right the result! Being an absolute coloured-pencil-chicken, this definitely helps me to think about colours and colour-combinations for future drawings

Yeah, they really are hard to master...I don't think you should worry too much about colors- it's always fun to try different coloring techniques but glad it could be of some sort of use.

I'm just so bad with colours. Although I have the urge to do more drawings with coloured pencils, I usually mess things up right at the beginning so I tend to leave them alone. But I also never give a thought to the colour scheme, so maybe I should do that the next time I give in
