Good afternoon, fellow Deviants. I hope you’re all having a nice day. Here’s the second and last of my Lion King fanart pieces for now.

“Old Flame” portrays Zira coming face to face with Scar’s fiery spirit, as he appears in seasons two and the season three opener of The Lion Guard, in the Outlands’ volcano. While Zira’s not sure how to feel right now, Scar’s only mildly surprised to see his former follower and begins thinking how he can manipulate her to help him destroy the Pride Lands.

This scenario never happened, much to the chagrin of many fans (myself included), but I wanted to create it as a fun little what-if story.
