Last month of the year typically means redraw time.

I decided to redraw my "Keepers of the Treeangle " pic from April, because I really wanted to for a while now. It was bugging me.

And I also rewrote the lore for these guys so here you go:

Chronos, Milky Ways, Logic Gatekeeper. Together they are the Keepers of the Treeangle. They each represent the pieces of the Treeangle, Time, Space, and Knowledge.

They're almost as old as Paradice itself, and as such are some of the few shapes who are immortal, along with Cuda (their mother) and the Sun/Moon.

Their job is to tend to the Treeangle and protect it from harm, which is a much bigger task than it sounds! As such, sometimes they receive support from the Sun/Moon, and a little triangle fairy named Angle. But they can usually handle it themselves.

Chronos is the Keeper of Time. He's the stern and protective one. His sternness also tends to spread into his voice as well. Most shapes are usually nervous to speak to him because of this, but when you actually talk to him, he's fairly polite. It's never his intention to scare an innocent shape. Along with his duties of protecting the Treeangle, Chronos is also Paradise's timekeeper. He has the ability to travel through time and can also make visual representations of events in the past, present, and future.

Milky Ways is the keeper of Space. Milky is by far the friendliest of the keepers. He's a very outgoing shape, and whenever he gets a chance to chat with the other two or other shapes in general, he will take it without hesitation. Since shapes are usually nervous to visit the keepers due to their high status, Milky is the one who tries to calm these nerves by giving all shapes a warm welcome. During the night, Milky patrols the skies, mostly to make sure everything is alright up there, but also because he loves being close to the stars!

Logic Gatekeeper is the keeper of Knowledge and the strongest of the three. He's the logical (hardy har har) and composed one. Logic is, of course, known for his great knowledge of everything, particularly with tech and Paradice's whole history. He acts as like an older brother towards the other keepers, and he loves them and Treeangle very much. He never strongly feels any one emotion, though. It takes a bit to get him feeling a certain way. Like often he will be a little happy or a little upset, but not often is he straight up happy or mad. Logic is the one to tell the others when the tree needs their assistance, like when it needs water and stuff like that.

They don't live in the main part of Paradise, instead they live under the cave, close to the Treeangle's roots. They don't leave their home much, unless it's for special occasions, an emergency, or Milky's night patrolling. They spend much of their time protecting and watching the tree, they really can't let their guard down in the slightest in case something tries to attack it. Because they are in a way linked to the tree, what happens to it, happens to them.

And then...the day of the incident.

It was a special day for Paradice, it was its 1000th anniversary, and everyone was there to celebrate it, including the Keepers.

But then suddenly, a shape named Blixer appeared and started making a mess out of Paradise. The Keepers knew they had to put a stop to this and attacked him with all their might, but something went horribly wrong.

They did what they could to protect the Treeangle from Blixer, but his tugging and pulling on the tree greatly weakened them, and ultimately, despite their best efforts, they were defeated.

The tree was then not only ripped from the earth, and not only corrupted, but also broken apart. And given that the Keepers are linked to the tree...they were corrupted. With the tree now in the hands of Blixer, the Keepers were now at his mercy. And he used the Treeangle not only to give himself more power, but to also control the Keepers to make sure nobody would stop him.

Of course, this didn't last forever, as the 4 heroes did save them and all the rest of Paradise, as well as defeated Blixer. The newly un-corrupted Keepers were then able to repair the Treeangle, though they were fairly weak after the whole debacle, and needed a fair bit of time to rest.

In the present, the Keepers are back to how they were before, taking care of the tree and all that. However, to say they were displeased with Blixer after what he had done would be a major understatement. They keep a close watch on corrupted shapes these days, making sure none of them get into trouble and that a repeat of the incident never ever happens again.

There are some things I changed, like me giving Milky arms and removing Logic's thingies behind his back. In Logic's case I think they only show up when he's attacking.
