A/N: Skywarp, equivalent to human years, is 18 and Thundercracker is 25.

Skywarp shivered as thunder cracked overhead, clutching a ragged purple teddy bear in his arms, staring fearfully at the closed door to Thundercracker's bedroom. The purple and black kittycon nervously bit into his lip as he reached for the door handle, drawing back with a frightened squeak when another crack of thunder boomed through the house. Thunderstorms terrified him, and he couldn't sleep alone at night with a storm raging. He needed a warm body to snuggle with to feel safe, but Thundercracker was a risky choice. His older brother had been kind enough to let him stay the night, a rarity for the grumpy egomaniac, and he feared that if he upset his brother he would be kicked out. A flash of lightening through a nearby window made him throw his worries aside, and he fumbled with the door handle, trying his best to keep quiet as he entered and closed the door behind him. Thundercracker's body was silhouetted by the glowing streetlights shining through several windows, facing away from him, and he cautiously approached, stopping near the edge of the bed, gulping when his older brother turned over, crimson optics glaring at him.

"Humph…still afraid of storms, eh?" Thundercracker snorted. "Still carrying that teddy bear around too. How pathetic. You're an adult now, Warp. Act your age."

Skywarp's helm and ears drooped from the biting comment, oily tears dribbling down his flushed cheeks. "I--I'm sorry, TC. I--I'll go back to the guestroom." As he turned, Thundercracker snagged his servo in a tight grip. "T--TC?"

"I didn't tell you to leave," Thundercracker sighed, voice far less harsh. "Come over here…before I change my mind."

"T--Thank you, TC," Skywarp whimpered, wiping at his optics, crawling into the bed when Thundercracker drew back the sheets.

"Oh, shut up," Thundercracker hissed, embracing Skywarp, tenderly wiping the tears from the kittycon's cheeks. "Why do you always keep that piece of junk with you?"

Skywarp gave Thundercracker a sad smile and then gazed down at the worn out toy. "Have you forgotten, TC? You gave to this me when I was sparkling. You've always given me such nice presents, and I…cherish all of your gifts, especially this bear. It…was the first gift you ever gave me, TC. I always thought you hated me when we were younger…but when you handed this bear to me…and patted my helm…I knew you loved me. It made me so happy, TC."

Thundercracker's optics widened for a brief moment, and he then gazed away while grumbling, "Whatever. Stupidest thing I've ever heard."

"Y--Yeah…I suppose it is," Skywarp laughed, sniffling a bit. "I--I'll shut up now, TC. I must be really annoying you."

Thundercracker rolled his optics and pulled Skywarp closer, nuzzling the other kittycon's neck. "Not true, Warp. Unlike our other brothers and sister…I can…tolerate your presence…and if you tell anyone I said that I'll turn you into scrap."

Skywarp grinned and nodded, snuggling into Thundercracker as he drifted into recharge. "L--Love you, TC."

When Thundercracker was certain Skywarp was asleep, he gently kissed the other kittycon's pouty lips. "I…love you too…Warp."

"It's mine! Mine!" Dirge yelled.

"Give it back to me!" Skywarp cried, chasing after his brother.

This was exactly why Thundercracker hated visiting his parent's house. Utter chaos as usual. Dirge was racing around a dining room table, clutching Skywarp's ragged teddy bear as the purple and black kittycon tried to grab it back. Slipstream, Sunstorm, and Ramjet merely watched the commotion, giggling as Skywarp pitifully sobbed and pleaded for his bear to be given back. If Megatron and Starscream, currently out picking up groceries for a big family dinner, were home, Dirge would have been quickly put back in his place.

"Give it back! Please!" Skywarp sobbed.

"Just give the blasted bear to him," Slipstream grumbled. "This is starting to get annoying."

"Yes, give it back to him," Ramjet laughed. "I want this spectacle to end."

"Our dear baby brother deserves to have his beautiful toy back," Sunstorm stated. "Be nice to him, Dirge."

"No! It's mine now!" Dirge snarled. "No one is taking it from me!"

Snarling in rage, Thundercracker launched himself into the melee, knocking Skywarp aside as he snagged the bear's head, tugging hard. Dirge tugged back with equal force, cussing his brother out as he kicked at the other kittycon. A tearing noise followed, and Thundercracker stumbled back as the bear ripped, staring down at his servos in horror. He was holding the bear's head while Dirge held the body. He couldn't even bring himself to look at Skywarp.

"Fine! You can keep that part, but you're not getting this!" Dirge yelled, waving the body around. "No one will have it!"

Skywarp cried out in despair as Dirge threw the bear's body to the floor and blasted it with a null ray, leaving behind charred remains. Sobbing uncontrollably, Skywarp yanked the bear's head from Thundercracker's servos and ran up the stairs to his room, door slamming hard. Thundercracker's servo shot out and wrapped around Dirge's neck, squeezing and making the teal and yellow kittycon wince and gurgle in pain.

"Bastard Pitspawn!" Thundercracker roared, tossing Dirge into a nearby wall. "I will deal with you later!" He turned to glare and his brothers and sister, making them jump in fright from his furious expression. "I'm going out, and I expect you worthless lot to stay away from Warp! If I find out any of you bothered him while I was gone, I'll deal with you too!"

Racing out the front door, Thundercracker flew down the street to a local shop, desperately searching for another bear to ease Skywarp's pain. He hated seeing his younger brother sad, and all he could think about was how, several weeks ago during a late night thunderstorm, Skywarp had told him about that cherished bear's special meaning. He thanked Primus when he spotted a similar bear, and then let out a silent curse when he spotted the price tag: sixty credits. He bought it anyway, and flew back home, ignoring his brothers and sister as he headed right for Skywarp's room. He didn't bother knocking, just barged in to find Skywarp sitting on a bed, cheeks stained with tears, staring down at the bear's head held in quivering servos.

"Warp…er…here," Thundercracker stammered, holding out the new bear.

Raising his helm, Skywarp's sad optics filled with joy, and he lunged for Thundercracker, dropping the bear's head and wrapping his arms tightly around the other kittycon's neck. Thundercracker hugged Skywarp back, letting his brother sob into his chassis while keeping his mouth shut. He wasn't good in emotional situations like this, and if he spoke, he knew he would only make things worse. When the sobs subsided, Skywarp took the bear from Thundercracker's servo, optics widening at the sight of the price tag. Thundercracker mentally cursed himself for forgetting to remove that.

"TC," Skywarp murmured.

"Look…it's nothing…really…I--" Thundercracker started.

He was cut off by Skywarp's lips slamming over his mouth in a heated kiss. He couldn't believe his timid brother was actually kissing him, but he wasn't about to complain. Lips parting, he slid his glossa out, moaning as Skywarp's glossa joined in, lowering his servos to the purple and black kittycon's aft. Skywarp squeaked and shuddered as his aft was fondled, pelvic armor rapidly heating up, condensation sticking to his armor, shirt, and pants. Thundercracker's servo slid back up and under his shirt, groping his cockpit, making him cry out when sharp fingers skimmed over the sensitive glass.

"Thundercracker! Skywarp! We're home!" Megatron called out from downstairs.

"Get your afts down here and help your brothers and sister prepare dinner!" Starscream yelled.

Thundercracker and Skywarp moaned in disappointment, reluctantly pulling apart and regulating their intakes, internal fans whirring to life to cool down their frames. Skywarp suddenly became mortified at what he had just done and looked down at the floor in shame.

"I--I'm sorry, TC," Skywarp whimpered. "I shouldn't have done that. Please, don't hate--"

Thundercracker silenced Skywarp with a searing kiss, lowering his servo to smack his brother's aft. "Idiot. I…love you." He grumbled when tears began to form in his brother's optics. "Slag…don't get all emotional."

"S--Sorry," Skywarp sniffled. "I love you so much, TC."

"Get down here now!" Starscream shouted.

Thundercracker kissed Skywarp again. "We'll discuss this more at my house…tonight."

Skywarp nodded and followed his brother out the door, tightly clutching his new teddy bear.
