Description After getting some good constructive criticism on my previous design of Harl E. Quinn, I reconsidered his costume and decided to tweak it based on the suggestions give to me. I like his costume much better now. yaaayyy

See, you found a nice balance between cutey and not girly, lol.

Bravo on taking out the puffballs at the end of his Hat and making them sharper.

He also looks a lot less curvy since you added in those wrinkles at the belt. Also the way you did the vest was a kinda fun contrast to classic Robin's medieval-ist vest.

Also a lot more mean than friendly, which'll probably work out.

I still don't like the tights, but hey, at least he's not bare-leg like original Robin.

All in all, doesn't look like a flat-chested girl anymore, lol .

Now, give 'em a big ass hammer and let him start smackin' around Bat Lady and Bird Brat!!!

no prob. It pleases me to use my DC knowledge to help other fans.

And, you know, the tights are kinda growin' on me. If he had buffer calfs, he'd actually look kinda bad ass. Well, as bad ass as a dude following a clown lady like a crazy smuck while wearing black and red tights can be.

Again, awesome that you got rid of the fluffy bits at the end of the Hat. Those really, really took away from what manliness he was able to emulate

*laughs* I see Harl being pretty lean and... well, having a gymnast's body, not too bulky or anything, because as I recall, Harley was a gymnast, yes?

Yes, Harley had "surprising gymnastic skill and strength".
Along with a "total disregard for human life".

However, males naturally have more muscular legs, and are more angular. You have some good angles goin' with his calf at the moment, but come on, it's comic books, you're supposed to exaggerate a bit,
