A continuation of the previous picture I did, still based in the “Different Mentors” verse as explained on the Wonder Man Jason picture.
Kryptonian Dick, when he firsts crashlands and such, does start off as Superboy, but in the same way that Donna gave up Wondergirl and got herself her new name, Troia, Dick ends up giving up Superboy—because Conner needs something to call himself and Superman is taken—and after hearing of the legend of Nightwing, he decides he likes the name and takes it on.
(He attempts to get Jason to take up Flamebird, but he’s very firm in his alias as Wonder Man.)
