We've been rather quiet these past couple of months...having a cluttered room and no place to draw at has been real difficult. But the room is finally cleaned and I now have a dedicated spot to get art done!!This is the first and only piece I've done from start to finish in painter that I have not hated entirely and erased. There's definitely room for improvement but, it just feels good to draw again!

Great work hon. I showed this to Jamie/Heather (I think?) and was like "IT'S MIRIAM OMG", the collective was excited to see some of this sort of work from you again~ Looks great, love the composition and cropping. Tasty sketchy lines

Thanks so much!!! I'm really hoping to get some more work out in the next few months. I haven't had too much time for my art lately and I just needed to get SOME thing out, lol! I'm glad you like it and IT SUCKS SO MUCH WITHOUT YOU GUYS TO BOTHER!! I miss you all too and I hope that I can get to go down there sometime to hang out and catch up *hugs*

Actually, I love studying anatomy and portraiture. It's real fun to study how a body contorts!
I'm glad you like it! I was real worried that it was going to look real nasty because it was in painter...my god that program is overwhelming!
I love the ref. photo! I've actually never seen this one before. Man his stuff is awesome!
