“Come find us if you’ve made up your mind. The venom’s not getting any weaker.” The Lion cackled along with his venomous companion. Taka, still clentching onto the wound the duo had inflicted on him. He felt his paws tremble on the solid ground as he felt the anger rush inside of him. He should have known better not to trust a treacherous rogue lion. Betrayal was all it would lead to.

Yeah, so, I don’t think a small snake bite gave scar his scar, so I imagine maybe it was more of the mysterious lion attacking/ or ambushing Scar and when he refused to give into whatever plan the Lion had, the lion used his snake pal to bite scar as a method of convincing him- :0 And just like the show Scar loses control and kills both the lion and the snake so yeah- Maybe Scar already knew the mysterious lion and even considered him a friend at some point until WHAM! He was betrayed!
and later maybe Rafiki found a way to cure the venom? Since in reality, that would’ve killed him :v
but hey, it’s still a unique way, nonetheless-
also Mufasa jokingly nicknaming his brother ‘Scar’ for the rest of his life is funny-
I’m also so proud how this turned out! I had to practice drawing actual cobra’s in order to draw the snake, and I’m proud of how he looks! I also gave the strange lion a little bit more scars on his mouth and his hind leg cuz, since he’s a rogue, I’d imagine he’d get into more trouble! I also used Scar’s design from the ‘‘Tale Of Two Brothers’’ book, since I like his design in the book, and I think that book was also telling how scar recieved his scar :0 And I’m pretty sure it eas a buffalo who did it?
Anyway, yeah!
