In ancient Persian (Iran) religion and books of Zoroastrianism, Angra Mainyu is the god of darkness, the eternal destroyer of good, personification and creator of evil, bringer of death and disease. He is seen as the personification of evil, he leading the dark forces against the hosts of Spenta Mainyu, the holy spirit, who assisted Ahura Mazda, the wise lord, and final victor of the cosmic conflict.He lives in darkness, in a place where all those who do evil go to after their demise (Hell) and his symbol is the snake. He is what in Christian religion can be called Satan.
A old draw (arround 4 months ago) for myths & Legends TCG for the new editon "Duna" based on the 1001 nights.

I know this asks a lot but would you consider uploading some tutorials for those of us who are fathomed by your artwork? I am currently a senior in high school and I'm hoping to try my hand at animation once I get the chance to get out of my tiny little town. Yet you do some of the most beautiful figures, and expressions in your work. If you were able to give me some tips or even just show me perhaps some of the methods you use for things like porportion or even just how you go about using photoshop. Anything is appreciated I just can't help but envy your incredible pieces. XD I can spend 5 hours drawing and it wouldn't be half as good as what you have put together. Also if you ever get bored and need something new to draw, might I suggest a seven sins series? I merely suggest this because I have never seen a deadly sins art collection that has ever depicted gluttony as a larger man or woman and I always find myself thinking that a slender person doesn't fit well for the image. If you ever find yourself experimenting with body types I encourage you to think about it. If I had money i would commission you but sadly I'm sure you can understand that an 18 year old girl doesn't usually have a pay pal in the waiting.

In Fate Stay/Night during a previous war, someone tried to summon this guy. It turned out he had been a simple villager chosen at random to be the fall-guy for everything.
...I think they were expecting him to look like this badass.

This is really amazing artwork and its magnificent!
But hmm I wouldn't say that he is the same being known as Satan (Azazel) by his evilness. And yes, in Zoroastrianism he is a devil, a Daeva, but in Hinduism he might not be an evil entity to the Hindu, as the Daevas in Hinduism are not quite evil as they are viewed in Zoroastrianism and same with the Ashuras. But I find it very interesting that he (Angra Mainyu) tempted the first human beings Mashya and Mashyana in the Zoroastrian story, but stories can be fabricated and changed over time as we can clearly see viewing all the different religions of the world.

It was an interesting choice of the Persians to have Angra Mainyu a God, whereas the Christian Satan is not, as to show the power of good. But the Zoroastrianism is a tad more realist, with the evil entity being a God was well, symbolizing that good and evil are both eternal.
