Well now this bison popped out to me when I was taking a gander through the list of deviations. I have to say the coloring and shading in this is rather spot on to what M. Bison would wear (or Vega) in Street Fighter. You got most of his details down real well. The baggy pants due to them being tucked into the boots and armored shin guards looks rather well. The shirt outfit also looks great and you’ve included the strip that goes down his shirt. The shoulder armor and his wrist armor also looks good. IT has a soft steel color to it since it’s not very shiny, and the winged skull for Shadaloo looks great.  The background is nice.

The shadow on the ground looks great and it gets darker around any of his body that is touching the ground, showing that he’s rather on it than floating. However some parts, like his hands especially look like they’re hovering a bit, and this is due to the rather large shadows you have there- the closer you are to the ground, the less shadow there will be, and the more compact it will be to your own body. That’s probably what sets that off. Also his arms look off. His legs are fine, but mid-torso looks off (I can’t put as to what it is, but it looks as if he’s shrunk down a bit), and one arm (his left) looks broken. Maybe practice a bit more with foreshortening, as that seems to be the case here since you've used a human ref to help with this pose. 

Overall though you nailed most of it. Some of the clothes bend a bit awkwardly, and don’t look right (like his hat), but they’re aren’t noticeable at all that first. I really like the shading here, it looks nice and it’s easy on the eyes. I also like how we can tell it looks like Bison especially.  My gripe would be not have that artstation watermark on there when posting to other sites though.

Hello, I'm from Project Comment. This artwork is engaging because of Bison's posture. The viewer is immediately attracted by his defeated stance and once the viewer sees the source photo that was used for reference, then the pose drawn is all the more impressive because it recreates the real-life pose very accurately. The artwork is also effective because of a good rendering of the gold color emblem on Bison's hat and the bruises on his face. Hiding his eyes communicates his shame of being defeated and since his glowing eyes usually intimidate a viewer, this helps show he is powerless here. I believe the art could be further enhanced by some more highlights and varied tones on the silver armor that covers his wrists and legs. Having said that, I realize silver is a difficult effect to color, but I think copying the effect you used for the gold emblem on his hat would be a good approach to improving the silver coloring. There is good detail on his hands and fingernails and good variety of red shading on his main costume shows cloth texture effectively. I would recommend a more detailed background - I think the background base colors are fine, to help Bison's colors stand out. I just feel a few more details like dirt or grass texture, or some trees and rocks would help. In summary, this is a great action piece and the pose accuracy shows strong interpretive skills as an artist, where you can recreate what you see in detail.
