For the week 9 challenge.Borrowed Bleedman's character drawings and old coloring style.
Marie and Casey. Marie is holding a Golden Ticket. Yes, that is important to the plot. No, it has nothing to do with Willy Wonka.

Very nice! Makes me all excited for what's in stored for the story!x3 Wonder if she could use it to get into Wonka's factory though. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

It's nice, but it doesn't really come off as "Bleedman" to me.
I think it's his proportioning that makes his work recognizeable, rather than the coloring and sketch BG.
It's still a good piece, don't get me wrong, but I don't think "Bleedman" when I look at it.

The point of the art challenge is being inspired by an artist. What I was "inspired" by bleedman is the sort of simplified/plastic-esque coloring that gives his art a certain feel, as well as looking at a bit of his pin-up/character chart art. The challenge is to get you to draw something first and foremost.
