I actually used a website called mosh, I believe!
It allows you to choose from tons of glitch effects, and edit each of them. After I made the gif, I opened it in photoshop and removed the background so it was transparent c:

(I also may allow you to commission one, its not on my official list but I can make an exception :'^) probably 8$ ? It takes a lot of time to make each frame transparent, theres like 80 frames //sobs )
