Name: King seadog (Nanaue moi)

The king seadog is the largest predatory saeptibranchian posthuman on Anthropomundus. Filling an ecological niche roughly equivalent to a great white shark, it clamps down with bone-shattering bite force exceeded only by the two largest predators of Anthropomundus: the livyadam (Anthroleviathan poseidonophagus) and the grand grampus (Anthrocetarchus paraleviathan), by which it is sometimes predated. It favors fatty foods, and so blubbery, easily capturable prey like meals are prime targets for this posthuman, as are the floating, stinking carcasses of larger posthumans like the livyadam or grand grampus.

It lives a solitary lifestyle unlike its smaller cousin, the seadog (Pirata cetothanati), except during the mating season. It gives birth to one precocious offspring at a time.
