Which progam do you have? Otherwise you'll use Paint tool sai & watch some tutorials of it.

I used an ooold program to manipulate photo graphics.. it's called "ulead systems" version from year 2000 + paint /embarrassed
I once had sai but didn't know what to do and didn't find a proper tutorial. I do have gimp but I don't really know how to use it, too /fail

That's the best I could find,
