D: oh my gosh breckin. If you're using a water colour pallette, you take your brush, and you make the paint wet etc then you fling the brush (not like let go of it lmfao) and it makes splats. o3o
or if you have a water colour pencil stick thing, you make it wet, then you flick the brush down it, like, if you were carving the end of something, almost.
