I've been wanting to revisit a few ideas from some of my old artwork- just trying to get back into the swing of just drawing. I really want to start painting this but I have a certain huge project for a friend I need to finish first before startinhg on this so a WIP it shall stay foe the time being!Related content

I kinda see what you are going for with that eye, but I don't really think that works. Still, it's awesome.

Even though I don't really see what's wrong with the eye (maybe it's throwing people off because it's off because i drew in the highlights and outlines for shading) I will try to fix it when it gets painted

The anatomic form of the eye from that angle seems not proper, it is placed like if the person was looking straight at you.

For some reason when I look at this, instead of the spears I can picture the hands coming out of the flames as if they are begging for mercy from the angel... You know me though, slightly twisted.
