I like the points you made. I although find that for the bending tournaments that korra will accidentally use instead of one element she uses two which would give away that she is the avatar. I make that speculation only because Bolin seem sursprised at the end of the trailer.

There are very interesting speculations. I was mixed hopes for Korra, but I'm just as excited as you are. Rewatching the original series only makes me more excited!

I think you got it spot on with Mako probably being annoyed by Korra's ego... Definitely going to be something like that.
I agree that Makorra shouldn't be so hyped over. Bryke might become the ultimate trolls and decide for another couple. XD
I kinda invent personalities for them I guess... But I find it disturbing that there are already steamy pics. WTF? O.o

Actually, I'm not so sure if she's mastered the Avatar state considering that she hasn't learned airbending yet by the beginning of the series.

I think you have a point, but remember Aang was able to master the Avatar State without mastering Firebending first. I'm pretty sure the Avatars don't need to master all the elements before mastering the Avatar state.

1st CAN'T WAIT FOR THE SHOW! (fangirl squeal)
2nd As a mega-Zutara fan, "Makorra" won't replace them *EVER*, but it'd be nice to see them hook up in a sense of an odd fulfillment.
3rd I completely agree with the fact that we should wait and see their attitudes first before pairing them up (Makorra) but it's somehow an uncontrollable urge to see these two be together.
4th I saw the trailer, read the wiki, EVERYTHING and I must say that LoK looks EPIC! Sure it won't replace the original, nothing ever does, but I'd like to look at this from a new perspective. v.v
