Yay, more Latios and Latias goodness!!! I love the two Lati
Anyway, this picture was basically just one big experiment with layers and shading and stuff like that, mostly for the background. But I love how it came out so I'm putting it up here

Rock on. ^.^ I always enjoyed the two Latis in the movie and games, unusual for me as in general I'm not overly fond of the legendaries. But these two are cool.
