Experimenting with textured brushes and filters.. though not enough to really notice I spose. I am not good with texture so I'm not entirely sure where to begin... but I would love to start using it. xDPete.. because people have been missing him..
He looks like someone just told him one of his diabolical experiments had better than expected results. xD It is his Dr. Claw 'O RLY' face.

That or he is having a nostalgic moment about when horrible gruesome and highly dangerous experiments seemed be much better than what they are today.

I was messing with filters on this one.. sniffing around for tutorials.. will probably work on this more tomorrow with a different image.
