There is something completely unholy and unnatural about that particular green.
I love it. 
It totally reminds me of this Japanese horror movie.. Infected? Infection? Something like that.

Sometimes I feel like photographers and artist just try and creep people out in a really obvious way.
This is so much more subtle and cool. it definitely gives a "macabre" feel but isn't overwhelming or really in your face.
Also, I like that the hand pose reminded me of Snow White and her poison apple.

Not so sure about composition but the props look great along with colors. I suggest a model with longer nails to make it more obviously feminine. (Unless implication of gender was not intended)

I really love the darkness to this, even though the poison is a vibrant green...maybe that's the darkest part? It would seems so obvious, so maybe it was devoured on purpose?

Macabre works are my favourites, but even though is my kind of work, first thing that caught my eye was the hand pose, which I find really really cured and great. I don't know if it was voluntarily done of spontaneous, which I like to know for sure, but that's what impacted me most!
