First appearing in SHOWCASE #8 in June of 1957, CAPTAIN COLD is the leader of The FLASH’s Rogues Gallery, a loose criminal association of the speedster’s villains. Having invented a freeze ray gun, he set about to start a successful criminal career as CAPTAIN COLD!
