Tennant was a good Doctor and I enjoyed his episodes but Peter Capaldi is still my favorite. Β (but I really like the Third Doctor from the classic series too.)

Yep That is correct. David is actually 10 and 11.Β Matt was 12 and Peter Capaldi is the latest at 13.Β At least this is how I perceive it to be correct.Β Dr. Who can be a little confusing.
