I do have a weakness for the color blue, ans I thought a blue/cool color scheme would suit this particular fairyHehe, I like that you can see the irony of all the blue. Though one could argue that blue is also a calming, peaceful color...Curiouser and curiouser

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you like it~ I don't think I could even *make* a tutorial for how I do hair, to be honest A) I don't know how to use any computer programs to make tutorials the way most people do and B) there's really no secret to how I do it. I just use these two tricks: 1) To make hair look detailed, use lots of fine lines, but leave at least a few millimeters between each line. 2)To make it shiny, take whatever medium you're using to color it and make soft, controlled flicking (for lack of a better word) motions while filling in the hair (Sorry if that makes no sense, but that's the best way I can think to explain it right now)
