Right-click iTunes.app and choose Show Package Contents. Copy to Resources folder in Contents folder.
Don't forget to make a backup.

Only one problem. It seems that the traffic lights won`t work, they show like Snow Leopard default and not the tiny black dots (i`m on SL). I also have a Lion theme applied, with the smaller traffic lights, but they don`t show either.
