Just so you know, I did notice Sandra's arms are ridiculously long and disproportionate.This is a scene in Stomp's story, when she meets the city's villains. Well, not all of them, but like... 80% of them. The other 20% being rather uncivilized or in jail at the moment.
It seems Sandra has trouble breathing the air (or lack thereof). The majority of the guests are smokers, and it's taking its toll on our villainess-to-be. There were supposed to be a lot more people in this drawing, but, well, drawing on paper means you have physical limits to respect... Anyways.
The guests aren't all douchebags and guidettes, either. Glenmetropolis' finest, richest and most evil are also there. It's a rather big event. Sandra was invited by A. S. Phyxia, who's taken her under her wing to help her sort out the whole "villains" business. Unfortunately, she couldn't be there to protect her protégée from the judging eyes of already established villains.
Despite her expression, Tabitha isn't judging Sandra, rather... analyzing her. She's trying to figure out why a girl like her aspires to become a villain. As for Douglas, well, he was supposed to talk to someone else, but he's "off-screen" due to paper restriction. Nevertheless, both contribute to the foulness of the air in the crowded dining hall.

PS: If you have superpower ideas for Tabitha, please share them with me. I really like her design, but not her powers. And I can't think of anything original for.

As usual, you should be more 'careful' about proportionsl. First the guy's shoulders and upper chest.. perhaps a bit of reference would be a plus because despite having respected the muscle world, but the shoulders shouldn't be that low I believe ... His fist is a bit weird too 
ANYHOW! I still Love the atmosphere, the time put in the zebra pants and Sandra's nooooooosE! XD I think that last one just gives the drawing a little something more XD

Me + anatomy = hifoewjifojeisjdifjdisofgfdsngdfjsiurnvfdj. But in my defense, Tabitha's legs are supposed to be this thin compared to her butt. She's supposed to have a ridiculously "bootylicious" behind.
Thanks! I took more time doing the zebra pattern than the actual drawing (and the rest of the colouring). Guess where Sandra's nose is inspired from! It's super easy.

That's because her shoes are supposed to make her look overly tall. But then again, you know about me and anatomy. At least it looks better than when I started, and that's enough for me.

You mean, like the strenght of her exhales? That could be cool. She could blow powerful gusts of wind to push away her foes. Add her smoking into the equiation and it could make for a deadly toxic gust! I like it!
Tabitha: "You're damn right I'm dangerous." said the curvy woman in a smug tone as she leaned in closer to Virtus from behind. "But I'm ready to bet that's what you like about me". Her hands ran across the young man's chest, slowly heading southside...

No wait, I've got an even better idea! Give her the ability to transform back and forth between human, half-snake and full snake! She already has the zebra stripes, those could be her colors in that form. And I imagine that it would perfectly play to her vanity to have silicone implants, since snakes aren't known for having that "well-developed" mammary glands. ^^ Not too mention that it's only fitting with a serpent temptress! ^^
Virtus: *The young man gulped and tried to suppress the pleasant shiver running down his spine from Tabitha's skilled touch, but a barely audible moan still made it to the seductress ears...*
