aw yeah, the attention lovin' pony/girl is taking the spotlight on this week's Fan-art.

Rainbow Dash is one of the most popular character in MLP fandom (she even ranked pretty high in Japan), she is brave, tough, and as the element of loyalty supposed to be; loyal to her friends.
sure, she also have some flaws too like her self-centered, attention loving and prankster side that some people pointed when some MLP fandom said why they dislike Rainbow Dash. But let's not forget that she will always put aside all of that when it's time to defending her friends and how she is the integral part on how her friends got their Cutie Marks (FIM S1ep23 "The Cutie Mark Chronicles") the latter alone should have been an absolute reason why Rainbow Dash is an awesome character.

personally when watching EQG and FIM at first I don't really have impression on Rainbow Dash but as I gone deeper into FIM series I have gone to like her because of the reason above and most of all her comic relief side. (Aside of Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash is one of the MLP character with best funny face/reaction.)

as Rainbow Dash have a tomboy personality I had a hard time at first when drawing her because I rarely draw a 'boyish' girl, specifically the pose is one that troubling me (I was considering to draw her bringing a soccer ball in her hands at first but as the other characters didn't bring any items with them it will make her look out of place with the other.) all in all I just hope this pose capture her personality pretty well and in addition I hope it makes her 20% cooler.

next week.... I'm undecided, I have an important event that I'm going to attend so there might be no new fan-art for the next week. But if I can keep on schedule it will still on EQG theme and while there's only one (or two if you're being specific) of the Mane 7 characters that I haven't draw... I'm actually thinking to do a little revisit to some character, if that's okay with all of you ?
