THANK YOU!! finally, I've found a colored pencil tutorial that i can actually use! i have one in a how to draw manga book, but it wasn't as helpfull as yours. this has helped me very greatly. plus, that picture you used in it was very nicely done. thank's again for the awsome tutorial!

i never realised you use so many colors for shading things. I never knew you used a very light color then got darker! thank you so much for this! it will help a lot

as for black, go for any type of lighter colour, such as brown or blue. add different shades of those colours (ex: light brown, brown, dark brown then black)
