This is one of a few variants of the same picture, may change from time to time. I have ten days anyways. XD

So. This is Levy performing a Combination of Fly, Fire Blast, and Fire Spin. I was intending to include Hyper Beam, but there's so goddamn much going on in this picture I'm kinda done with it. XD

The exact performance would probably go along the lines of, Levy Launches a Fire Blast upwards, then proceeds to fly straight into it whilst spinning, launching his Fire SPin, creating a pseudo blazing spark around the rest of his body. So in essence... Levy IS the firework.

As for Levy's coordination... His wife, Erica, actively competed in the Pokemon Contests while doing the League every now and again on the side. She may have taught him a trick or two. Heh-heh

Disclaimer: I used MANY different kinds of Photoshop brushes, including some you'd download from different sites. I dunno how that may affect this project's score, but I'm just laying this out there anyway, cuz, come on, some of you guys did the effects entirely by hand then I come along with some of the effects done by premade brushes. Anyway those downloaded brushes named on my brushes folder is as follows:
