Description
One of the few NPCs I may or may not bring into the chats. Ko the Mismagius. A good friend of Shade's (another NPC) and cares for Levy a lot.Her design is different from most Mismagius. She has some features of what she was before death. Can you guess what Pokemon she was?
More details may arise depending on her involvement in some rps.

Oh okay, I wasn't going to guess a legendary ^.^ I think she was a dragonite, because of her claws and little whiskers.
I don't know any other pokemon that was whiskers and such. Plus I have a feeling your a dragon loving type so Dragonite is my first and only choice.
