Description Right, from your POV this is probably where I see a bit of a sudden decline in the quality of my models, but anyway, here is the TUGS lead character, Star Tug and Marine Company Switcher No. 1 Ten-Cents - in plasticine.
For those of you who don't know about TUGS, Ten-Cents is the first of Captain Starr's tugs. Although smaller than most of his comrades, he is a loyal, hardworking tug with loads of experience under his deck.

Even before I saw James May's Toy Stories I have been very fond of modelling in Plasticine, as evidenced by how I make the faces for my locomotive characters. I have been modelling in Plasticine for...well, I've lost count of how long, but over the years, my style has gradually developed into what you see before you.

Ever Consider Making A Fan Tugs Series With These Models? Great Job On Ten Cents, Man I Have Plasticine But I Can't Do It Like That

Well I've written the stories, but I haven't really been able to do the sets yet, so a TUGS series with Plasticine models seems a bit of a long way off as far as I'm concerned. But thanks anyway for the suggestion - and the feedback.

I Think You Can Make A Cardboard Set-Up Of Bigg City Port And Just Color It In With Marker. Just A Suggestion

Youre Welcome Im Glad Im Not The Only Fan Of This Almost Forgotten Gem Of Model Making. Better Than Sharon Millers Crap-Tastic Version Of Thomas. At Least She's Done Now. I Hope That New Guy Is Good Or Else I'll Cry And Get Rage Mode On

This is simply perfect, Ten Cent's Face looks just like it does in the series! I adore your model of him!

Glad you like him, because he's not the only tug I've made in Plasticine.

Thanks. I didn't expect any sort of praise on that model, personally.
