Another beauty from 'Birdworld' in Kuranda. These guys were just so beautiful, so regal - like they knew they reigned over the entire place. (Thankfully this guy didn't bite me, check out that beak!)
I wasn't entirely sure which crop I preferred, so I've uploaded the square for the deviation but there is a range of sizes in the prints. If you check it out, let me know what you prefer.

I use a Canon EOS 400D with a Canon 50mm macro lens - and almost always shoot on f2.5 to create really shallow depth of field. (To be honest, I can't remember what fstop it was on for this shot, but I imagine it was 2.5 or thereabouts)
