Description This image is part of a project at uni, in which we had to design an event or place we would like to have visited; so I chose the 4 seasons! Seasons are events in themseleves - just very long ones! This is Winter. I wanted him to look kind of annoyed that everything around him his dead (or asleep) and that his mood is what causes the transformation in nature.

This is beautiful! You caught that expression perfectly. Don't you love it when your ideas just seem to flow from your pencil? I hardly have those days... Again, this is gorgeous. I usually have something intellegent or clever to say about most pieces but for some reason, unbeknowngst to me, i'm without anything constructive to say. I've got to fave it. Heh! My icon used to be a dancing ninja bunny but when Reloaded came out I remembered how much I adored Agent Smith... along with all agents so I had to change my smiling kitty into an agent. I think you're right. If any animal were to be an agent, it'd be a cat. You're welcome for the comments! I love your work. It has a lot of personality. Thank you for the watch!

Yeah, those cats are so sly and bloody intelligent, even though they often pretend not to be. ;D I definitely think one of my cats is working for a government intelligent agency - he watches me while I type emials, and then disappears for a few hours, only to return with a knowing look on his face. *laughs*

Beautiful piece. He looks sooo bored....Oh well. Wonderful choice of colour and the tapestry design is stunning. Fantastic job on the background. I am not too sure why, but it reminds me of Narnia. Great work

OMG this is beautiful. Elements are my favorite, you sound like a witch. I noticed you dress kinda gypsy/ medieval right on! I love that style too. Except I dress more like I am a ragdoll. Yeh, I think your art is very mature. Very nice job!

i think this is my fav of your season series. i love the expression. he looks annoyed and bored. like the whole picture can't wait for spring to come and the world to come back to life.

i forgot the other thing i was going to mention, but it came back: winter is definitely the season of boredom. people get restless and stircrazy. especially before the invention of modern conveniences. i think that is the reason a lot of religions have holidays during the winter. people need celebration to break up the cold, dreary winter months. so, this pic shows that very well.

Definitely! There's that whole disorder thing people get too in the winter months; being depressed and pissed off. Apparently it's all to do with the lack of sunlight and the chemicals/hormones/whatever it releases in us. Yes, I can understand why all the fun holidays are in winter. Thankyou again!

One of my students found out I like blue haired men and he died his hair bleach white then he found a salon that sold blue and had it done bright blue OH its soo cute, I told him YOUR mom is gonna kill you. He said That she said IM HIS NEW MOM seeing I like blue hair ! LOL

I was like UH<...okay your mom is gonna kill me> AHHH!

Man.... but still love this guy you know He is totally awesome
